Sport and leisure public policy in nova lima: from agenda setting to implementation

Studies on the topic of public policies have grown in academic environment. Understanding developed our reality is an important step this direction. This text aims to analyze implementation process policy sports and leisure city Nova Lima. It ranges from identification problem establishment political agenda for issue. The used methodology was analysis documents semi-structured interviews with managers Municipal Secretariat Sports Leisure - SEMEL, Lima past two administrations. As results we can consider that formed demand arising different spaces subjects, characterizing visible players influencing decision making as which problems or issues will comprise agenda. feasible are close top down model.
